Inside Our Flame Retardant Rubber Manufacturing Facility

The photographs above are taken across our plants at IMT Faridabad, Haryana, where flame retardant rubber compounds are mixed, extruded, moulded and tested under one roof. Kneaders and mixing mills prepare each batch, multiple extrusion lines produce rubber profiles and continuous rubber extrusions to customer drawings, and a dedicated moulding plant serves Indian Railways.

Our NABL-accredited laboratory carries out fire, smoke and toxicity testing to EN 45545-2 HL3 alongside routine physical checks on hardness, tensile strength, elongation and compression set. Every batch of fire resistant rubber is inspected and documented before packaging, giving customers full traceability from raw compound to finished part — whether the order is HL3 rubber sealing for a metro coach or industrial rubber components for automotive, solar and electrical applications.
